Identifying Stakeholders
Create a chart or map where you identify the stakeholders of the project and map out their involvement in the project. You must provide at least 3 types of stakeholders and what their sphere of influence is for the project. The map should indicate the relationships of the stakeholders to each other and the project. The map must also show how parts of the project are affected by these relationships.
