  • A description of the innovation product or service
  • Tools used to develop, verify, and clarify the innovation
  • Types of customers expected, existing competitors; a paradigm change for Industry?
  • Needs, wants, and desires it addresses
  • A proposed strategy for Implementation
  • What resources are needed to make the innovation a reality
  • A description of the value and benefit expected from the innovation
  • Team and personal learning.
