  • Rehabilitative and habilitative services and devices (rehabilitative therapies improve, maintain, or prevent deterioration of functions that have been acquired [e.g., after an adult has surgery], whereas habilitative therapies are provided to achieve functions and skills never acquired [e.g., as with a developmentally disabled child])
  • Laboratory services
  • Prevention and wellness services and chronic disease management services
  • Pediatric services, including vision and dental services
