based project will require students to: (a) watch a movie that

focuses on the actions/behaviors of a sport or teacher leader; and to (b) interpret/apply that

leader’s behavior relative to three of the theories of leadership effectiveness that were

covered in class. Please be aware that

your report will be graded

based on: (a) how well

you demonstrated understanding of the theories of effective leadership (i.e., did the

parts of your report show that you KNOW and UNDERSTAND the relevant theories;

and (b) how well you were able to apply the theories to the movie (i.e., were you able to

use specific examples/scenes from the movie and correctly apply them to the theories?).
