The following written assignment is designed to allow you to self-reflect on what you’d like your own model of ethical leadership to be. Your written response should address the questions listed below. Write a personal model of ethical leadership philosophy using the following bullets as headings in your paper:
- What are your personal beliefs about the purpose and goals of leadership?
- What are your personal beliefs about the roles and responsibilities of effective leaders?
- What are your personal beliefs about the qualities, characteristics, and traits of an effective leader?
