Lesson 5

To improve ethical decision making in business, you must first understand how individuals make decisions in an organization. Too often it is assumed people in organizations make ethical decisions in the same way they make them at home, in their families, or in their personal lives. Within the context of an organizational work group, however, few individuals have the freedom to personally decide ethical issues independent of the organization and its stakeholders.
