Employees with transformational leaders’ employees appreciate and respect their bosses. Workers also believe that their affections are being satisfied. Employees favor transformational leadership, and as a result, this form of leadership is likely to result in a better leader and colleague interactions, as well as fewer cases of workplace bullying (Mills et al., 2019). Therefore, transformational leadership is a well-suited strategy for the problem.
