For Assignment 2 you are going to be thinking like an archaeologist and analyzing a set of archaeological data from 6 sites in the Mimbres Region of New Mexico. You will be analyzing the images on a set of pots to evaluate 2 hypotheses:
- The designs represent how people interacted with their environment
or
- the designs represent social organization and different groups of people at each site
