For this paper read the articles I provided but feel free to find an article that relates to the process the Navy took to declare initial operational capability (IOC) with Northrop Grumman E-2D Advanced Hawkeye, summarize and discuss the article in the paper. Also if there are any indication that the E-2D will reach full operational capability, mention the details pertaining to that.
