I need help with a few discussion questions for my management class.

This will be a total of 5 discussion questions.Please separate them with their references but they can all be on one word document.

Please use 3 different organizations and a minimum of 200 words references required.

Think of an organization that attempted to change, but failed.

Assess what went wrong and what could have been done differently to avoid the failure.

Review this week’s course materials and learning activities, and reflect on your learning so far this week.
