Judicial Brench Unit Essay
Purpose: As we close our Judicial Branch Unit, this will serve as a test grade as well as a closing assessment.
Directions: You are to choose one Supreme Court Case that has historical significance, research who supported it and who opposed it along with their reasoning, and provide insight into what the decision was and why the court ruled that way. You will also need to provide clear evidence as to whether you support the ruling or not, while also providing reasoning. This paper should be cited using proper MLA format.
