Once you’ve designed your test plan, you will conduct “guided evaluations” of your instructions (Ch. 13). You will complete these evaluations in your own time, but they should be completed within one week of submitting your Instructions Draft + Test Plan. This will give you enough time to produce a memo during the second week that summarizes the results of your instructions testing and identifies areas where you need to revise your instructions.

Instructions Test Memo Content Requirements (2 – 3 pages)

  • Provide standard memo content areas: Purpose statement, summary, body discussion, and conclusion/recommendation (Ch. 14)
  • The body (discussion) of your memo should include:
    • A brief overview of your test/evaluation methods: Who participated? When did testing occur? Where did testing occur?
    • An explanation of your results, including 2-4 labeled graphics (Ch. 12) that present the results (raw data) of your test (see sample for examples of how graphics will support your revision conclusions)
  • The recommendation / conclusion section should identify 3-4 specific areas where you will revise your instructions, based on your test results. Refer back to your test results to justify why you need to improve on these areas

  • Introduction / Preliminary Information

Although many countries in Africa do Fish Pepper Soup, I would like my audiences to enjoy my renovate Banana Beef Pepper. My goal with this dish is to make my audiences close spring season with this good taste and learn how to do it. To make my Banana Beef Pepper Soup, I need ingredients such as

8 green bananas

1 pound of beef with little bone

35 seeds of Njangsan

1 large onion

1 teaspoon of white pepper

1 spring of leek

1 spring of basil

1 spring of celery

4 cloves of garlic

½ teaspoon of curry powder

1 teaspoon of Rondelle powder or olum powder,

or country-onion powder

1 teaspoon of salt

1/3 cup of vegetal oil

3 cubes of seasoning Knorr

1 hot pepper

3 cups of water

Banana Beef Pepper Soup dish needs approximate 20 min of prep-cook and 40 min to cook time for 1-hour total time.

  • Step-by-Step Instructions
  • Peel those 8 green bananas, cut each of them in 2 or 3 pieces, and rinse them.
  • Wash the beef meat and cut in medium size
  • Chop onion, spring basilic, celery, leek, tomato, and put ½ chop onion in the blender, add chop spring basilic, celery, leek, tomato, garlic peeled, white pepper, njansang, rondelle powder, curry powder add ½ cup of water, and blend until it become a paste.
  • Place a medium pot on the stove, pour vegetal oil, put the rest of chopping onion, meat ,mixt, and let it cook for 10 min.
  • After I cook for 10 min, I pour the rest of ingredients such as banana, the paste coming from the blender, add 3 cups of water, add 3 cubes of seasoning Knorr, adjust with the salt, add whole hop pepper and let it cook for 30 min.
  • Them, Check the seasoning to see if it can be adjusted and serve it.
