For this assignment, you will create a risk management plan for a business of your choice. You may continue with the same business you chose for previous assignments or choose a new business. Follow the steps below to complete this assignment:
- Describe in detail of your chosen business. Explain what industry it is in and its basic operations. (Must clearly state the business’ name)
- Describe the steps in the risk management process.
- Explain how you will manage the risks of your chosen business. Be sure to use “Risks on the Road to Success” illustrated in the Exhibit 23.1 of your course textbook as your guide.
