Training and Gamification in Learning – Game Thinking Discussion

One way to make training more engaging is to add in some kind of game element. The ‘gamification’ of a course or lesson doesn’t have to involve high tech simulations or game engines. At its core, gamification is about game thinking. A ‘gamified’ course could simply involve role playing, story elements, or rewards for completing a certain number of tasks correctly.
